Free Memberships

Free memberships cannot be cancelled and do not require any payment information. There are no refunds associated with free memberships.

Premium Memberships

Premium memberships can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

Premium Memberships

All premium memberships are non-refundable. This means once you purchase a membership, you cannot receive a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances as outlined below.

- Technical problems that prevent you from using the Website.

- Billing errors on our part.

- Account closure due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
